Social Security SchemesIndira Gandhi National Old Age Pension SchemeThose people which are under BPL hiving 65 years of age or above are benefited under this scheme . A monthly pension of Rs. 200/- is paid to to them through Post Office. It is a Central Government sponsored scheme . National Family Benefit SchemeIf the main bread earner of a poor family (BPL) dies either by accident or normally an assistance of ten thousand Rupees is provided to the aggrieved family. The age limit for the deceased person under this scheme is between 19 to 64 years. It is a Central Government. Sponsored scheme. Laxmi Bai Samajik Suraksha Pension SchemeThe widows having age of 18 to 64 years and belonging to BPL family or having yearly income of 30,000 are benefited through this scheme. A monthly pension of Rs. 200 is paid to pensioners through Post Office. It is a State Government Scheme. Bihar Rajya Nishakta Pension YojnaThe physically Handicapped Person (up to 40 % or above ) belonging to BPL family or hiving maximum yearly income of Rs. 30,000/ and having age between 10 to 64 years are benefited through this scheme. A monthly pension Rs. 200/ - is paid through Post Office. It is a State Government Scheme. Rajya Samajik Suraksha Pension YojnaA Monthly Pension of Rs. 200 is provided to those old People who have attained the age of 60 years and belong to BPL family . It is a State Government Scheme. Kabir Antyeshthi YojnaAn assistense of Rs. 1500/- is provided for funeral of BPL family person in case of death accidental or normal. Mukhya Mantri Samarth YojnaCrunch, Calliper, Stick, Tricycle etc is provided to physically handicapped person (40 % or above ) belonging to BPL family having annual income not more 60 thousand per annum. Vastra Vitran ProgrammeCotton Sheet (chader) Sari or Dhoti or Blanket etc. is provided to poor people once in a year . It is a State Government Scheme. Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah YojnaA grant of Rs. 5000 is paid to the newly married bride of BPL family (or family having annual income up to Rs. 60,000 ) The main objective of this scheme is to eradicate the abuse of dowry system and to stop violence against women. Poshak YojnaA lump sum amount of Rs. 200 is provided to the girl child of Class I to V belonging to Schedule Caste. Kabristan Gherabandi SchemeState Govt. is providing full cost of boundary will around grave yards under this scheme. In this District all together 40 grave yards have been taken up for erecting boundary wall and up till now 15 grave yards have been completed Viklang Stipend
