********: This Van system is having  apparatus mounted over wind shild of its driving side. Long forearms gloves and sanitizer, microphone, thermosenser and others helping tools.

 

PRINCIPLE:

It is based on the concept of preventing  corona infetion(covid 19) through droplets, direct touch and aerosol.

 

IDEA:

Idea is to use this van in this corona infected area which are located in remote.

Where numbers of symptomatic and suspected case burden is high, where triage is required for lifting sick most pt in ambulance with limited capacity.

 

Aim:

To flight the covid 19  global pandemic at present and any infectious diseases in future with droplets , direct contact transmission.

 

Advantages:

1. Cost effective
2. Easy to prepare , can be arrange within hours
3. Transmission of covid 19 from pt to doctors and medical staff and vice versa is almost zero.
4. Samples for test where throat swab or even blood sample can be collected without risk of corona transmission.

        5.This safety van can be used as isolation old in outdoor or remote areas.

6. A doctor or medical staff sitting in side the van is safe ,confident and having laptop and Internet connectivity for sending all collected information’s and data’s to his higher center and state center for extra help, extra medication and ambulance for lifting suspected cases.

             This van can be use to spread right information to the public with a small TV on back glass in corresponding                                             understandable language.

7. This van is quick, and able to reach in area where home based isolation or local level quarantine centers has been established.

         8.with this safe and speedy van we can collect huge no of samples without so much gatherings in hospital with limited                    resources.

 

        Cost.. of concept… Almost negligible with in 9..thousands. No need to change PPE  kit frequently which Will gain a plus point.

       10.This is new, innovative, practical, feasible, safe, and speedy to prepare at local level.

 

Limitations:

1.It is skill dependent

2.very small data’s regarding safety is available.

3 Due to visibility issue on side pannel night function is hampered.

5.A person or assistant dressed ppE kit who is out side the van is at risk for attack or molestation.

6 This can be used in a condition where beneficiary are disciplined and cooperative.

 

7 vehicle need to be fumigated each time before returning to the Head quarter.

8.All used up gloves and ppe kit may act as infected material so their disposal must be addressed… Away from the head quarter.

 

Future: uses and advancement

1.It can be used in other infectious endemic or pandemics spreding in covid 19 fashion.

2 Administration or ministers can use thi vehicle to move and mobilise the public in positive way without the risks of covid 19 transmission.

 

Advancement

1.If fumigation can be improved and mounted at all corners will help achieve sterilisation at work place only.

2.It can be used door to door for medical assistance, consultation and medicines distribution.

3 If video display is mounted is can be use for spreading Right informations.

4 corona warriors van CWV APP can be developed for public to get the information and help and medical add can be given to the exact point of need.

5.Multiple system can be mounted on all windows for different purpose in a same customize vehicle. Like Thermo sensor, swab collection, medicine distribution, data collection…. etc.
